These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the but999 platform ("Platform") and its users ("User" or "Member"). By visiting the but999.lat website or registering an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on your first deposit at but999. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200; a deposit of ৳26,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and a total balance of ৳41,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable. No winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on your own account and are non-transferable.

4.1 Deposit Rules

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Using a false identity or documents to create an account.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools to access the platform or place bets.
• Stealing or using another user's information without authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour against other members.

5.2 Action on Detection of Fraud

If any of the above activities are detected, but999 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance and, where necessary, notify law enforcement — without prior warning.

6.1 VIP Tiers

The but999 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Terms

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity and overall participation on the platform. but999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback is generally paid at a set time each week and may carry its own wagering requirements.

All content on the but999 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio and video elements — is the exclusive property of but999 or its respective licensors. Users are granted a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or publicly displaying any content without prior written permission from but999 is prohibited. Action may be taken under applicable law for any infringement.

8.1 Service Warranty

The but999 platform provides services "as is". but999 will not be liable for technical errors, server disruptions, internet connection problems or failures of third-party services. 8.2 Betting Results and Disputes

but999 is not responsible for funds lost through betting or gaming — betting inherently carries financial risk.
